The Grimes Companies is a 40+ year old company with multiple divisions in logistics, including trucking, warehousing, packaging, supply chain services, and distribution staffing.
We are looking for a full-time receptionist to handle calls, walk-ins, job applicants, and general clerical duties. The applicant will also represent our staffing division with inside sales by conducting cold calls. Must have a professional appearance and attitude, along with:
1 - 3 years experience in clerical/admin position
A high skill level in the following areas: answering multi-line phones; intermediate-advance MS Office experience; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to multi-task; detail-oriented; data entry; faxing/copying paperwork.
Consistent ability to be on time to work
Job Details: Full time, 8-5 Monday - Friday
Business attire and good grooming are essential as you will be the first person clients will encounter
Compensation $10/hour, plus benefits
