Description: Do you enjoy working with cars and people?

TWENTY-TWO (22) Jacksonville area Jiffy Lubes locations are seeking Lube Technicians to service customers’ vehicles.

Lube Techs also greet customers, perform Signature Service, maintain inventory, and cash out customers.

Benefits are available after 6 months of service. Hourly pay up to $9.75 per hour with career advancement to salary once promoted into management. Managers’ work alongside Lube Technicians with duties including hiring, training, coaching and counseling employees.

Additional benefits available after 90 days of service in management. Store Management base salary with monthly bonus based on performance ranges from $30,000 to $50,000 annually. We offer a Real Career advancement opportunities. Our Regional Managers started their careers in stores and were promoted up the career path to Store Manager, District Manager and on to Regional Manager.
