Description: Mission
The Financial Analyst will work directly with CEO, COO and senior leadership in financial planning, strategic analysis, benchmarking, budgeting and forecasting to assist in maximizing EBITDA.

Outcomes
1. Provide defined financial and operating analyses in a timely and accurate basis to constituents
2. Gain understanding of our industry and company within 3 months of hire

Process
1. Prepare budgeting, trending and forecasting models
2. Perform cost and variance analyses
3. Conduct research for industry trends and benchmarks
4. Make comparisons to industry/company benchmarks, determine trends
5. Provide recommendations based on findings and analyses
6. Provide input on policies and procedures to streamline business processes
7. Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of organization as needed
8. Development of presentations to various constituents

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 2 to 5 years related professional experience in the service industry
