Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Information Technologies, this employee will work closely with the Marketing VP to design code and test web functionality in order to meet the needs of external customers and company websites and Forms management.

Detailed Requirements:
* Creates and designs web prototypes to enhance the Customer Care systems, housed on a Windows server.
* Must be able to create JavaScript code and use SQL for access into MySQL relational databases
* Ability to create graphical representations and user icons with Photoshop.
* Web pages should be accessible and functional through Internet Explorer, FireFox and Safari browsers and will reside on Windows web servers.
* Web pages should be accessible and functional for use by all levels of external clients on all types of systems, including older personal computers and Macintosh computers.
* Be able to design, create and maintain Crystal Reports.
Required Experience:
A minimum of five years experience in web design across multiple browsers
Two years experience in JavaScript
Two years experience in SQL
One year experience in relational databases, with a preference given to those who are experience in MySQL
Demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop
Demonstrated knowledge of cross-browser and platform issues
Ability to work as a member of a team with a customer-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience:
Demonstrated experience creating Customer Care applications
Demonstrated experience in training end users
2 years of web application documentation in the English language
Experience in Insurance and/or Extended Service Plan Services
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Graphic Design, or similar discipline is required. Web Technologies or Multimedia Certifications considered in lieu of education.
