If YES, we are looking for you!
We need creative, warm, friendly, telephone sales people with a minimum of 5 years solid, inside sales/customer service experience. Must be a self-starter and be able to work with a team as well as independently. We need a great telephone personality with excellent communication and computer skills. This requires understanding and interpreting customer needs while being honest and accurate.
Duties include: providing exceptional customer service, up-selling our products, outbound sales campaigns, identifying/providing additional products and services for the client, problem solving in a timely - efficient manner, and creating and maintaining customer profiles, while building long-term customer relationships over the telephone. No cold calling involved.
Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
