If you have at least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following; mortgage, real estate, collections, finance, and/or leasing. Randstad is eager to employ you! This opportunity is a long term contract with potential to go permanent at a large reputable financial institution in Jacksonville, FL.
The right candidates will be able to work on cross-functional teams, have strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and be flexible tp adapt to a frequently changing environment. Strong negotiating experience is required for short sale negotiators. Candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills to answer 100+ calls and emails per day. Broker or real estate agent/licensing, mortgage experience and/or Bachelors degree is a big plus. Must be flexible with the hours. Ranges from $13-18.00/hr
