Position: Valuation Specialist
Job category: Customer Service
Description: We have multiple full time positions available. The hours are 12 PM-9 PM (not negotiable). The ability to be flexible with scheduling to work overtime and weekends is a must.

You will communicate with real estate agents/brokers and appraisers to outsource the completion of real estate valuation products. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You must be able to work on multiple tasks effectively and consistently throughout the work shift. This is an opportunity to learn about the real estate property valuation business. The ability to work overtime and weekends when business volume dictates is required.

These are NOT sales or commission positions.


Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent
* 1 to 3 years experience negotiating with or managing vendors or clients or direct customer service experience
* Real estate experience is a plus
* Strong PC literacy, including the ability to work in multiple browsers and conduct internet research
* Detail and deadline oriented
* Self motivated to work individually as well as be able to work in a team environment
* Able to multitask in an extremely fast paced work environment
* Strong demonstrated organizational skills
* Professional and punctual
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
