Position: Store Manager

Description: A full service privately held growing Italian restaurant is looking for an energetic Store Manager. Qualified candidates must be prepared and able to work up to 6 days per week in the beginning. The skill level of this position requires you to implement systems to bring your workload down to 5 days per week in a short period of time. Candidate must be willing to do "whatever it takes to get the job done", which may include the ability to handle situations off hours (answering emails, following up on open items, running errands, etc). Many other responsibilities to be discussed at interview. Must be proficient in MS Office and able to be organized and provide excellent follow up on outstanding "to do" items. Must keep restaurant clean and inspection ready at all time. Must keep staff motivated.

We provide an excellent work environment and the owners believe in empowering their staff. We have a great team oriented staff in a drug free environment with top priority given to "Customer Service". We do drug test and do not tolerate silliness or drama. Name of restaurant is not being disclosed to keep this confidential.

Must have experience and be a professional. Experience in 'LEAN' principles and '5S' implementations will be a definite asset. If interested, respond via email with a resume.
