Position: Administrative Assistant/Data Entry/ Accounting Clerk for Christian Nonprofit
Job category: Clerical/Administrative
Description: The successful candidate must be motivated, able to multi-task, have excellent organizational skills and good reasoning skills, be detail oriented, have a positive attitude, work well individually and as well as part of a team , have effective verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable with computers with some knowledge of basic word processing and excel.
Responsibilities Include:
Mail processing
Cash receipt processing
Data entry
Verification of reports
Coding/processing Accounts payable
Filing
Assist with phone answering
Job Specifications: 7 hours per day/Mon-Fri. Starting pay $9.00 per hour. Limited benefits. Software applications include QuickBooks, Raiser’s Edge, and some Microsoft 2007 applications.
