Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years phone customer service and/or sales experience
• Knowledge of Windows Office applications, and Internet Explorer
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks
• Excellent negotiation skills and closing skills, with the ability to think out of the box
• Ability to self task, be detailed oriented, have strong time management and organizational skills
• Effectively demonstrate high energy, self motivation, initiative, follow though, and dependability
• Ability to pass basic spelling, grammar, and mathematical tests
• Ability to type at least 45 WPM
• Bi-lingual in English-Spanish preferred
• Experience with lead management
Sales Responsibilities:
• Attract potential clients and sign up them up through phone calls, email, and IM chat
• Manage leads (provided) and conduct initial and follow up sales calls
• Upgrade current clients to new programs and services
• Handle Client Retention – resolve client issues and maintain client account
• Maintain alignment with existing and new products and programs, company sales philosophy, policies, procedures and industry conditions in order to provide innovative support and drive sales development
• Implement and maintain sales strategies
• Ensure sales goals are met daily and weekly
• Identify and Resolve client concerns and issues. Follow up with clients to make sure expectations are being met
• Create and implement new service approaches to exceed client expectations, improve service levels, reduce costs, streamline workflows, and increase the quality of the team member work environment
• Ensure policy, procedure and productivity standards are met and improved upon through coaching, goal setting, and employee reviews from Supervisor

• Report to and consult with Department Manager on a daily and weekly basis
Compensation Package:
• This position is compensated on a full-time hourly basis with forty (40) weekly work hours required.
• Benefits eligibility after 90 days with the organization.
• Hourly pay begins at $12.00/hour, commissions possible after 90 days with the organization
