Description: We are currently hiring a Full Time Receptionist/Front Desk person and/or Optometric Technician/Assistant for a busy Optometry office in Jacksonville. We are growing and are looking for a career minded, motivated individual to join our team. Optometric/Ophthalmologic experience is not required but preferred.
For Receptionist/Front Desk, focus will be patient check in and insurance verification, but patient care is a plus.
For Optometric Technician/Assistant, focus will be Case History, Pre-Testing, Visual Acuity. Lensometry, Keratometry, Refractions and Contact Lens experience makes an exceptional candidate.
Prior experience in Retail or Customer Service Fields is a plus.
Salary based on experience. We offer Benefits, Vacation and Multiple Bonus Programs.
Candidate must be dependable, outgoing and able to handle multiple tasks. Candidate must be a team player and patient/customer service oriented.
