CBC Innovis is part of a privately-held family of companies initially established in 1948 with offices across the United States. We are seeking Customer Support Specialists for our new Jacksonville, FL location. We are looking for professional individuals with the ability to communicate over the phone. These salaried positions work closely with our sales staff, perform some up-selling, and provide first class customer support to our existing clients, over the phone.
Responsibilities:
• Managing a large base of customers
• Up selling to current customers
• Gaining referrals from existing customers to bring in new business
• Building long term relationships with customers in the banking, mortgage, and financial industries
• Effectively streamlining communication between our customers and our call centers

Requirements:
• Energetic self-starters with the ability to work independently and in a group-setting, while presenting a positive, professional, business appearance and possessing excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have initiative, ability to organize, be self disciplined and motivated. Analytical Skills required.
• Must be comfortable working over the phone with a multitude of individuals
• Computer skills. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Satisfactory credit history.
• Experience working in customer service and/or call-center environments is a plus. • Some college education is preferred although not mandatory.
