Petros Financial Services, Inc., a company specializing in delivering integrated estate and retirement planning solutions for high net worth individuals, is seeking an Operations Director. The Operations Director will be responsible for exercising day-to-day responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the people, processes and systems of the business.
The position requires excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, operate under tight deadlines, and be self-directed. Additionally, the successful candidate will have: previous multi-disciplinary supervisory experience; demonstrated, successful leadership experience managing the financials of the business, including profit & loss accountability; a four-year college degree in business or finance (or equivalent experience); and a current Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity License (or the ability to acquire one within the first 90 days of employment).
