Description:
We are a locally owned 3rd Party Collections Company in the Jacksonville area seeking Collection Representatives for payday loan, medical, and residential accounts. We are looking for strong self-motivated individuals who can work well within our fast-paced environment with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
You must be willing to work a flexible schedule up to 8 p.m. Individuals must also be able to learn and adhere to all rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to consumer credit and collections including FDCPA. You must also have the ability to remain focused on daily and monthly budget goals.
Job Requirements:
You must have a minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED. While 1-2 years collections experience is a plus, we will train those without experience who have potential.
Responsibilities:
As an Account Representative with our company, you will be held accountable for the following tasks: *Skip trace accounts that no longer have valid contact information. *Contacting debtors to obtain payment. *Negotiate to reach the best possible arrangement and resolve delinquency. *Document conversation and status of account in win debt system.
Compensation:
Pay will be based on experience and will be discussed at the interview stage. In addition to an hourly rate of pay, you will also have the ability to earn monthly performance-based bonuses.
