Heartland Rehabilitation Services at the Avenues

This position is for a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist Clinic Director at Heartland Rehab and Pilates at the Avenues. The facility offers outpatient physical therapy services with an emphasis on Sports Medicine / Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Pilates. Management and facilitation of other specialty services also offered include:
*Pilates mat and reformer classes;
*Massage Therapy
*Yoga
*Aquatic Therapy (Swimex Turbine Unit)
This position reports directly to Area Manager. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Meeting the financial goals of the clinic (expenses and revenue).
· Supervision of employees and contract employees.
· Authorized signature per policies and procedures.
· Maintaining appropriate staffing levels in the clinic.
· Marketing to Physicians, development of new programs and additional revenue generating business lines.
· Conducting monthly staff and safety meetings.
· Communication with Physicians, case managers and insurance companies.
· Communication with Area manager and RBO in regards to daily operations and policies.
· Relating important clinical and administrative issues to employees.
Applicant requirements: Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (additional degree in Athletic Training or Exercise Physiology is a plus).
Salary and incentive package based on prior experience.
