We are paying top-dollar for Collectors! CBCS is an established leader in the collection industry with more than 60 years of experience, currently recruiting for COLLECTION REPRESENTATIVES to work on high profile Bankcard, Medical and Utility client accounts. This is 3rd Party Collections, offering FT employment, a competitive hourly wage plus a VERY COMPETITIVE MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITY. If you have Sales experience, Call-Center experience, Telesales experience, 1st party Collections experience or 3rd party collections experience, we are interested in talking to you about our openings!

Requirements
*Prior Collections, Telesales, or call-center experience of at least one year
*Self starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
*Must present a positive, professional, business appearance and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
*Must be able to work 40 hours per week to include days, evenings and some Saturdays
*Analytical Skills required
*General Computer skills
*Must have initiative, ability to organize, be self disciplined and motivated
*Type 25 WPM minimum
*Knowledge of the FACS operating system is a huge plus
*Satisfactory Credit History
*Satisfactory Criminal Background History
*Some College preferred
