Position: Early Head Start Program Manager - Ed. exp
Job category: Professional/Management
Description: Responsible for all supervisory aspects of the Early Head Start (EHS) Program’s operations and staff. EHS Manager will routinely evaluate the work performance of infant- toddler staff and Family Advocates. Manager will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring the operations of program’s curriculums, center and home-based activities. Requires: B.S./B.A in Child Development; Early Childhood Education or related field with 5 yrs. experience in implementation of education programs for preschool age children, with 3 yrs. at a supervisory level. Previous Head Start experience and Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate Credential a plus. All DCF related hours obtained within the first 90 days of employment along with a Director’s credential. Must have access to reliable transportation.
