Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Credit/Collections Associate.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of prior business to business collections experience. This position is a temp-hire position and pays 12.68hr upon a temporary basis. Upon a full-time offer the position will be salaried and offer excellent benefits and paid vacation/holiday.
Contacted customers for open balances of 180+.
• Researched open balances for accounts receivables on customer accounts.
• Researched internal systems (AS400, SFD, Uniscore, and IXOS ) for discrepancies on customer accounts including payment posting discrepancies.
• Processed credits and/ or re-bills for customers if required.
• Sent copies of all credits and/ or re-bills to customers for faster resolution.
• Followed up with the customer to ensure timely payments for resolved issues.
• Followed up with pricing team for correction of future pricing issues.
• Contacted contracts and/or rebates team with disputes for the customer
• Helped customer with reconciliation of their statements if needed.
• Received in POD’s and billed customer for product received.
• Handled open balances over 180+ days of 100K+.
• Helped to resolve PNY past due balance of 1.5M.
• Coded invoices and /or adjustments with G/L codes and sent to team for processing.
Researched and ensured company cost was adjusted correctly when credit was processed
