Position: Sales Support Admin.

Description: Our client located on the southside of Jacksonville is looking for a Sales Admin. Job responsibilities entail assisting in the creation and distribution of Marketing materials; assist in the creation of Powerpoint presentations; assist in developing proposals; track all sales force appointments and meetings; and communicate with Clients as well as internal departments in gathering data for projects and presentations. Must have excellent computer skills to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint, be organized and detail oriented, and be able to work in a smaller office environment. Salary commensurate with experience. Must have a stable work history and a few years of related experience. Hours are 8-5 M-F and this is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Skilled candidates only apply.
