Position: Purchasing/Administrative
Job category: Clerical/Administrative
Description: We are looking for a Purchasing Admin. candidate for a local company on the southside. Must be comfortable working in a small office environment. This person will be responsible for record keeping and tracking of supplies and equipment, maintain computerized and manual files for tracking inventory, equipment, shipments, repairs and cost. Candidate must be organized and detail oriented. The candidate must have current knowledge of warehouse operations and management, including computerized inventory tracking systems, number and stocking systems, purchasing and billing procedures. This candidate should be a multi-tasker, be able to type accurately, perform simple mathematical calculations and prepare and maintain records and reports.
Position temp-perm 8am-5pm, possibly start at 7:30am.
