Position: Customer Service-Support Technicians

Description: Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for 5 Customer Service/Support Technicians.

Applicants must have 2-3 years of prior customer service, expert knowledge of Microsoft Applications. Tax software experience is a plus.

Position pays 10hr and the hours are M-F 9-6 with a 1 hour lunch. The position is located on the Southside of Jacksonville. New hires will start on December 7th, but we are interviewing for the positions next week.
