Executive Assistant Summary:
Provides advanced secretarial and administrative support to President. Handles telephone calls, email, schedules appointments, and makes travel arrangements. Coordinates and prepares materials for meetings and presentations. Composes correspondence, prepares reports and conducts special projects as assigned.
Essential Functions Include:
-Answer and return all unsolicited calls and email to President
-Managing the President’s schedule MS Outlook calendar
-Composes memos and correspondence for President
-Assists with preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, or conferences
-Manipulates data and prepares reports using full MS Office suite
-Updating the company database with essential information regarding Presidents sales activity
-Understand and be able to follow the sales process
-Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Sets up meetings and coordinates travel arrangements
-Works on special projects as assigned by President
QUALIFICATIONS
Superior phone skills with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and time management skills.
Typically requires 5+ years of secretarial work experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential is critical.
Ability to work in a team environment. Responsible and dedicated.
Must know MS Word, Outlook, Excel .
Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 to 6:00
Office Located off of JTB
Health Insurance after 90 days, Vacation after 12 months
