Description: This is a part-time position. The rate of pay is $11 an hour.

This organization provides education services to bankers. The person working in this position will process self-study enrollments, student grades, talk on the phone, e-mail exam results, process transcript and diploma requests, process grades in a student record keeping system, and work on e-mail campaigns to the customers served. The person hired will also be asked to work on special marketing projects in the office.

The person should know how to operate a personal computer, read printed materials and computer screens, and perform activities on a computer and through the Internet. Knowledge of Word, Publisher, Excel and Front Page is helpful. The person should communicate clearly and concisely, and be able to use time effectively. The person should be able to lift boxes (we work with textbooks) and operate a handtruck weighing a minimum of 25 pounds. This is a small office environment.
