POSITION SUMMARY:
Job Objective:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated sales person who wants to join a dynamic growing company. A position is currently available for a results-oriented individual who will focus directly on the tremendous opportunities. This Account Executive will be a key player in many high scale business developments and should be accustomed to the high premium culture of Enterprise and Mission Critical Solutions Sale. We are looking for an aggressive, motivated, professional sales person to sell to small to middle market clients. This person must possess strong consultative, proven strategic selling abilities and be able to interact with Director’s of Marketing and Sales in addition to “C” level executives.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to acquire new IT business contracts. This Account Executive will produce incremental revenue through outbound sales calls and inbound leads to regional companies in effort to meet sales booking goals.
Included in this process is:
• Prospecting for qualified candidates
• Gaining appointments with key decision makers
• Analyzing business needs
• Presenting business solutions
• Developing and qualifying leads
• Phone prospecting
• Setting up appointments
• Obtaining business needs and objectives
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals
• Closing deals
• Enhancing our current client relationships
This position requires a dynamic personality with a high level of motivation and interpersonal skills.

Relationships and Roles:
Job Specifications:
• 2 years sales experience preferably in B2B
• Internet marketing sales experience preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
• Solution Selling experience a plus
• High level of self motivation
• Excellent verbal & written skills
• Well-rounded computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
• Working knowledge of servers, database, & applications in business
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship development
• Well organized and punctual
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 – 5 years in consultative sales experience

Compensation:
• This position is an Independent-Contractor for the IntelliMind Group.
• Compensation is 100% sales commission based.
• Our commissions schedule goes from 9% to 15% of the sale + plus bonuses.
• You WILL NOT, be entitled to any fringe benefits, such as unemployment insurance, workers compensation, medical insurance, pension plans, or any other such benefits that would be offered to regular employees.
