Description: Northside General Contractor is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for 24 to 30 hours per week.
.
Qualified applicant must possess 2 years of FULL cycle AP experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Job duties include but are not limited to filing, coding, batching and processing invoices; matching purchase orders, disbursement checks, check runs, sales/use tax verification, vendor maintenance/setup. Must have strong data entry and 10 key skills, the ability to reconcile vendor accounts and communicate effectively with vendors, job sites and Management. If you are a self-motivated team player with a proven track record, this is a job for you!
