Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Credit and Collections Associate. This position pays 12hr.
Responsibilities include:
• Follow up and collection of accounts receivable
• Contact customer as necessary to collect accounts receivable and confirm payment status.
• Review accounts receivable status of all service centers in territory
• Update manager on any changes
• All customers with 60 day or older past due balances should be on credit hold barring approval.
• All 30 day past due customers should be contacted
• Place account holds on appropriate accounts
• Identify service charges
• Work to resolve customer deductions
• Process NSF checks
• Evaluate credit limit order holds
• Monitor credit limits
• Monitor payments
• Credit references
