Recruiting Assistant
A nationally recognized, very established executive search firm is seeking a Recruiting Assistant who has a strong desire to succeed in the Medical & Pharmaceutical industry. We will consider a self-starter with experience in healthcare sales or business products (B2B) sales. Hospitality and retail sales also considered.
This is a position that is done ON THE PHONE -- thus requiring NO FEAR
OF BEING ON THE PHONE. If you have a cell phone and you use more
minutes a month then you can afford – we want to talk to you (although
you won’t be talking to those friends or family while you are here if
you want to make money)! You will be calling seasoned medical and pharmaceutical sales professionals across the United States to talk to them about dynamic sales opportunities in their area. We need the type of person who doesn’t know a stranger and can have a conversation with anyone.
Good listening skills are also a requirement – while being a chatty Cathy is
definitely a plus you need to know when to shut if off if you are losing your audience.
Qualified candidates will have a drive to succeed in a competitive
marketplace, be willing to learn the business from the bottom-up and the
desire to earn excellent compensation. This position requires someone who is disciplined, self-managed, organized and articulate.
This person will be the right hand to a seasoned female executive search Headhunter who has been very successful recruiting nationally for over thirty years.
We offer:

-$12 hourly starting pay + commission. Health benefits.
-Monday through Friday 9:00 to 6:00 (hour for lunch)
Requirements:
- NO FEAR OF BEING ON THE PHONE.
-Accuracy is a must.
-College Degree (but not necessary).
-At least 1-2 years professional sales experience – server, hospitality or
retail service experience a huge plus. Telephone experience is a bigger plus.
-An insatiable drive to succeed.
-Love talking to people – primarily on the phone
-No fear of being embarrassed.
