Do people you just met feel like they’ve known you forever? Can you talk to anybody and everybody? Have you developed effective sales techniques for previous companies? Have you consistently set records in your Sales Department? Have you won awards for your ability to sell? If so we are looking for you.
We need creative, warm, friendly sales people with a minimum of 5 years solid, inside sales/customer service experience. Must be a self-starter and be able to work with a team as well as independently. We need a great telephone personality with excellent communication and computer skills. This requires understanding and interpreting customer needs while being honest and accurate.
Duties include: providing exceptional customer service, up-selling our products, some outbound sales, identifying/providing additional products and services for the client, problem solving in a timely - efficient manner, and creating and maintaining customer profiles, while building long-term customer relationships.
Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
